Jason Hart · Pulpit Minister |
Jason Hart is a native of Paris, TN. He graduated from Freed Hardeman University in 1998 with a BA degree with majors in Art and Bible. He and his wife Jennifer have three children: Daniel, Micah, and Jaycee.
Jason became the pulpit minister at Glendale Road on June 21, 2010. He has previously served the Lord’s church in Elizabethtown, KY, Lewisburg, TN, and Cookeville, TN.
Jason has been blessed by God to use His talents in many ways for the spread of the Gospel. Jason has written three books: Medicine from the Great Physician, The Unknown Prophets, and Sermonetrics (a workbook to help young men develop and present sermons in an effective fashion). He has been privileged to work with preacher camps and has been blessed to present God’s message at Gospel meetings, lectureships, and during congregational series. He serves as a teacher for the Nashville School of Preaching (Cookeville campus). He has presented workshops on teaching and on the use of PowerPoint in lessons.

John Dale · Outreach Minister |
John Dale served as pulpit minister for the Seventh and Poplar/Glendale Church from July 5, 1973 until June 20, 2010.
He attended Freed-Hardeman, Oklahoma Christian, Murray State and Vanderbilt Universities. He is married to the former Marsha Hendon, daughter of Bill and Dorval Hendon. John and Marsha are the parents of two children: Karen (Mrs. David) Weatherly of Paris, Tennessee, and Mike of Clarksville, Tennessee, and the grandparents of Luke and James David Weatherly.
John, a Kentucky Colonel, served as a member of the Board of Trustees at Freed-Hardeman University and is on the local Hospice Board. At Glendale, he serves as the Outreach Minister, teaches the Auditorium Class on Sunday morning and Wednesday evening, teaches Ladies Bible Class on Tuesday morning and speaks on the daily radio programs on the NBS Network. |

Garry Evans · Involvement Minister |
Garry Evans has served as the Involvement Minister of the Glendale Road Church of Christ since May of 1993. He is the son of the late Buster and Juanita Evans of Murray. Garry attended Murray State University. He is married to the former Leah Vance, daughter of Jimmy and Edna Vance; and they have two daughters, Tara and Keela.
In addition to being the involvement minister, he serves as a deacon of this congregation as well as working with new members classes on Sunday mornings and young adults on Wednesday evenings. Garry also oversees the day-to-day activities of our staff as the staff coordinator.
Garry's association with the Glendale Road Church began in 1958 when he was three. And as the saying goes, "the rest is history."

Nick Hutchens · Youth Minister |
Nick has served as the youth minister at Glendale Road Church of Christ since January of 1999. He completed a BS in biology from the University of Tennessee at Martin in 1997. In January of 1998, he began his M.S. in aquatic ecology at Murray State. He is currently finishing his master's in Bible at Lipscomb University in Nashville.
Nick is married to the former Meredith Warren of Martin, Tennessee. Meredith graduated from Murray State with a major in elementary education in May of 2000 and her master's in education in 2004. They have one child, Jenna, who was born on September 22, 2005. Meredith is currently working in the home.
Nick's responsibilities range from 3-year-olds to 12th graders, and include teaching the high school and middle school classes, organizing youth activities (retreats, mission trips, devotionals, Vacation Bible School, children's church, etc.) and a variety of activities to help strengthen our families.

Todd Walker · Associate Minister/Song Leader |
Todd Walker graduated from Freed-Hardeman University in 1984 with a bachelor's degree in business administration and is currently working toward a master's of New Testament degree at Freed-Hardeman University. He is the son of Bobby and Shirley Walker of Newbern, TN, and is married to the former Sheila Beasley, daughter of Amon and Barbara Beasley, of Calhoun, KY, in McLean County. Sheila has a doctorate of pharmacy degree from the University of Kentucky. She is currently employed as pharmacy director of Murray Calloway-County Hospital.
Todd and Sheila have two children; Lauren, 19, and Daniel, 14. Todd and Sheila have been married for twenty-two years.
Todd joined the Glendale staff in March 2005. Todd is responsible for ministering to the college age, singles, Young-N-Hearts and other duties associated with outreach opportunities in the community. He serves as associate minister, filling pulpit responsibilities as needed. Also, Todd is our full-time song leader.
